Halil Gokler graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Finance (Honours) in 2010. He obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute and was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in November 2011.

Celal has previously worked in various roles in the banking and education sector. Most recently in the finance and accounting department of an independent private school.

Ozge Simsek graduated from RMIT University with an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in July 2024. She also completed the Australian Institute of Conveyancers Victoria two-day training course, Conveyancing From Instructions to Settlement, in June 2024.
Ozge joined Haitch Conveyancing in October 2024 and works across the full conveyancing file — taking instructions, reviewing contracts and section 32 statements, interpreting search results, preparing transfer documents and attending to adjustments and settlement through PEXA.
Ozge is bilingual in English and Turkish and assists Turkish-speaking clients in their own language throughout the transaction.
Ozge is methodical and thorough and takes care to keep clients informed at every stage so they always know where their matter stands.
Associate Degree in Legal Practice (Paralegal)
Sienna Perez completed an Associate Degree in Legal Practice (Paralegal) at RMIT University in 2025. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at RMIT, which she commenced in March 2026.
Sienna joined Haitch Conveyancing in May 2024 and supports both the legal and conveyancing team across the life of a file — opening matters, ordering and reviewing searches and certificates, preparing documents, assisting with adjustments and settlement bookings, and attending to the general administrative tasks that keep a matter moving.
Sienna also has several years’ experience in hospitality and customer service, where she developed the communication skills and composure under pressure that she brings to client care.
Sienna is organised and personable and is often a client’s first point of contact — keeping them updated as their matter progresses and making sure nothing is left waiting.
